The Dream has a private entrance, just 4 stairs from street level and contains:
- Master bedroom facing southeast- with a double bed (or 2 separate beds).
- Second bedroom facing southwest- with two separate beds.
- Living room facing the ancient Hamevasser st. - with a sofa cable TV and a dining area.
- Kitchen, including: a big refrigerator, big gas stove, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine.
- private toilet and shower.
- Air-condition, free Internet broadband access (adsl).

Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Regular rates*: Single 143$ Extra person - 20$.
- High season rates: (April 1st - Oct 31st, and high holidays;) are 10% higher then the regular rates.
- Fee includes, blankets, linen and towels, all changed twice a week. Cleaning is done twice a week.
